Educational Qualifications:

Management Trainee: Engineering Graduate (B.E. / B.Tech) in Electrical / Mechanical / IT or relevant engineering discipline.

Junior Mining Engineer Trainee: 03 years Diploma in relevant Engineering.

Assistant Foreman Trainee: 03 years Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering discipline.

Fitter Trainee / Electrician Trainee: ITI or equivalent qualification in Fitter / Electrician trade.
