✅ MOIL Project Engineer Eligibility Criteria (as on 06.11.2026):
- Project Engineer (Mechanical) / Senior Project Engineer (Mechanical): B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute.
- Project Engineer (Electrical) / Senior Project Engineer (Electrical): B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute.
- Post-qualification experience of 06 years for Project Engineer and 10 years for Senior Project Engineer as mentioned above.
- Minimum current/last employment CTC of ₹6 Lakhs per annum for Project Engineer and ₹8 Lakhs per annum for Senior Project Engineer.
Only Indian nationals need to apply. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen as per Government guidelines. Maximum age including all relaxations shall not exceed 53 years as on 06.11.2026. Upper age limit is not applicable for Departmental candidates. Candidates from Government Departments/PSUs should produce NOC at the time of interview. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant project monitoring experience, though it is not mandatory.
✅ MOIL Project Engineer Selection Process:
- Depending upon the number of applications received, MOIL reserves the right to adopt an appropriate selection methodology, including written/skill assessment (wherever considered necessary), followed by Interview/technical evaluation.
- The Company reserves the right to decide the mode of selection, number of candidates to be called for interview, and other modalities of the selection process.
- Appointment will be subject to successful completion of pre-employment medical examination and fitness certification.

- Candidates belonging to GENERAL (UR) / EWS / OBC (Creamy Layer & Non-Creamy Layer) category: Non-refundable Demand Draft of ₹826/- (including GST) drawn in favour of MOIL Limited, Nagpur payable at Nagpur.

Demand Draft must be enclosed with the application. Incomplete applications or applications without required fee (where applicable) and documents will be rejected.

- No Objection Certificate from current employer (for candidates working in Central/State Government/PSUs/Institute).
- Any one valid photo ID proof (Passport, Driving License, Voter ID, Aadhaar, PAN).
