Ordnance Factory Badmal (Odisha State), a unit of Munitions India Limited under the Ministry of Defence, invites applications from eligible Indian nationals for the recruitment of Tenure-Based Danger Building Worker (DBW) posts on a contract basis for 04 years maximum. ✅ Age Limit (as on 24.05.2025):
18 – 40 years for General candidates.
Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), Period of Military Service + 3 years for Ex-Servicemen.
✅ Educational Qualifications:
✔️ ITI certificate (NCTVT/NAC) in AOCP (Attendant Operator Chemical Plant) trade or feeder trades (IMCP, MMCP, LACP, PPO, Fitter General, Machinist, Turner, Sheet Metal Worker, Electrician, Electronic Mechanic, Boiler Attendant, Mechanic Industrial Electronics, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic) from Government ITI or Government-affiliated private organizations.
✔️ Ex-Apprentices of Ordnance Factories (AOCP trade) preferred.
✅ Selection Process:
✔️ Merit-based selection based on NCTVT (NAC) marks (80% weightage) and Trade Test/ Practical Test (20% weightage).
✔️ Cut-off percentage for Trade Test decided by Ordnance Factory Badmal based on NCTVT marks.
✔️ Document Verification for qualified candidates (limited to number of posts, discipline/ category-wise).
✔️ Additional candidates called if initial candidates are rejected during verification.
✔️ Tie resolution: Preference to Ex-Apprentices of Ordnance Factory Badmal, other Ordnance Factories, higher NCTVT marks, and older candidates.
✔️ Trade Test conducted in English or Hindi; shortlisted candidates informed via post and email.

➢ Fill the form in BLOCK LETTERS and attach self-attested copies of: passport-size photograph (one pasted, one extra with name and DOB on back), Date of Birth certificate (10th certificate), ITI NCTVT/NAC certificate, apprenticeship certificate, experience certificate, caste certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS), Ex-Servicemen/PwBD certificate, OBC-NCL declaration (Appendix-1), Ex-Servicemen undertaking (Appendix-2).
