The Odisha Power Transmission Corporation Limited (OPTCL), a Government of Odisha Undertaking, Bhubaneswar, has published an employment notification for the recruitment of Management Trainees (MT) in the Electrical discipline to fill 50 posts. Eligible Engineering Graduates with a valid GATE 2025 score can apply for the OPTCL MT 2025 from 15th April to 2nd May 2025.

✅ Age Limit:
Minimum 21 years and Maximum 32 years as on 1st March 2025.
Age Relaxation - 05 years for SC / ST / SEBC / Women, Maximum 05 years for Ex-S and 10 years for PwBD.
✅ Pay Scale:
✔️ ₹ 50,000/- per month during 01 year training period.
✔️ Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Pay ₹ 56,100 - 1,77,500 (Level EE-2) with Initial Basic Pay of ₹ 56,100/- after completion of the one-year training period.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
(1) Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering with at least 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institution (OR) Passing of Section-A&B of IE (India) in relevant discipline with minimum 50% marks in aggregate.
(2) The Candidate should have appeared and qualified GATE 2025 conducted by IIT, Roorkee and GATE 2025 Score (Normalized Marks out of 100).
✅ Selection Process:
The Selection on the basis of GATE 2025 Score and Personal Interview.
✅ Application Fee:
✔️ ₹ 1180/- for OBC/ General candidates.
✔️ ₹ 590/- for SC / ST / PWD category candidates.
✔️ The fee can be made through online payment mode (Debit / Credit Card / Net Banking).

➢ The candidates should fill basic / personal / educational details and upload scanned copy of Photograph, Signature, Left Thumb (LT) impression, Handwriting declaration image and relevant documents.
