Exim Bank Management Trainee Recruitment Notification 2025 - Advertisement No: HRM/MT/DM/CM/2025-26/01: The Export-Import Bank of India (Exim Bank) invites online applications from eligible Indian Citizens for recruitment of Management Trainee (MT), Deputy Manager and Chief Manager positions on direct recruitment basis. Age Limit:

Management Trainee (MT): 28 years for UR / EWS, 31 years for OBC NCL, 33 years for SC / ST.
Deputy Manager: 33 years for OBC NCL, 30 years for UR / EWS.
Chief Manager: 40 years for UR / EWS.

Pay Scale:

Management Trainee: ₹ 65,000/- per month (Stipend)
Deputy Manager (I): ₹ 48480-2000-62480-2340-67160-2680-85920
Chief Manager (III): ₹ 85920-2680-99320-2980-105280

Educational Qualifications:

Position Qualification & Experience

Management Trainee – Digital Technology

B.E. / B.Tech degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics and Communication (OR) Degree with MCA. Minimum 60% marks for all Graduation.

Management Trainee – Research and Analysis

Postgraduate in Economics with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade in both Graduation and Post Graduation.

Management Trainee - Rajbhasha

Master's Degree in Hindi with English as a compulsory subject or elective subject or vice versa. Minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade in Graduation.

Management Trainee - Legal

Graduate Degree in Law / LLB. For integrated LLB course. Minimum 60% marks in both Graduation and LLB.

Deputy Manager – Legal (Grade / Scale Junior Management I)

Graduate Degree in Law/ LLB with minimum 60% marks. Minimum 01 year post qualification experience.

Deputy Manager (Deputy Compliance Officer) (Grade / Scale Junior Management I)

Associate Membership (ACS) of the ICSI & Regular Graduation. Minimum 60% marks. Minimum 01 year post qualification experience.

Chief Manager (Compliance Officer) (Grade / Scale Middle Management III)

Associate Membership (ACS) of the ICSI & Regular Graduation. Minimum 60% Marks.Minimum 10 years experience.

Selection Process:

The selection of the candidates shall be made on the basis of following steps:-

✔️ Written Examination (Professional Knowledge - Subjective)
✔️ Personal Interview

Application Fee:

✔️ ₹ 600/- for OBC/ General candidates.
✔️ ₹ 100/- for SC/ ST/ PwBD / EWS and Female candidates.
✔️ The fee can be made through online payment mode.

How to Apply:

➢ Eligible Candidates should apply online through Exim Bank Online Application Portal from 22nd March 2025.
➢ The candidates should fill basic / personal / educational details and upload scanned copy of Photograph, Signature, Left Thumb (LT) impression, Handwriting declaration image and relevant documents.
➢ The last date for registration of online applications is 15/04/2025.
