✅ Age Limit:
Senior Manager Security and Administration: 30 to 58 years
Senior Manager HR & Labour Relation: 25 to 55 years
Quality Manager: 25 to 45 years
Footwear Technologist: 24 to 45 years
Data Base Administrator: 22 to 35 years
✅ Monthly Salary:
Senior Manager & Quality Manager: ₹ 1,00,000/- per month + ₹ 1000/- (Fixed Medical Allowance)
Footwear Technologist: ₹ 80,000/- per month + ₹ 1000/- (Fixed Medical Allowance)
Data Base Administrator: ₹ 60,000/- per month + ₹ 1000/- (Fixed Medical Allowance)
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
Senior Manager Security and Administration: Degree + relevant experience.
Senior Manager HR & Labour Relation: Degree + MBA in HR / PM / PM & IR (OR) MSW (OR) Degree + 02 years PG Diploma in HR / Personnel / Management / PPM & IR. Minimum 02 years post qualification experience.
Quality Manager: Degree in Textile Technology or Engineering or Design or Apparel Production or relevant field + 03 years experience.
Footwear Technologist: Degree or Diploma in Footwear Design or M.Des in Footwear Design or equivalent + 03 years working experience.
Data Base Administrator: Degree or Minimum 'O' level course. Certification in Data Base Management System.
