✅ Job Location:
New Delhi.
✅ Age Limit:
Maximum 30 years (Assistant Company Secretary) / 45 years (Company Secretary) as on date of vacancy notification.
✅ Monthly Salary:
₹ 33500 – 50000/- per month.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
(1) Company Secretary (should be a member of ICSI).
(2) Preference shall be given to candidates with LLB / LLM / CA.
(3) Minimum 01-year experience for Assistant Company Secretary / 05 years for Company Secretary.
