Coal India limited (CIL) is looking for your Engineering Graduates for recruitment of Management Trainees (MT) on the basis of GATE 2025 Score in various technical disciplines subject to availability of vacancies. The CIL requires Fresher Graduates (Engineering) and Post Graduates for selection of Mining, Civil and Geology Disciplines. The CIL MT 2025 selection process should made through GATE 2025 Score, shortlisted candidates will be called for Documents Verification and Medical Examination.

✅ CIL MT 2025 Age Limit:: (As per Last year notification)
✔️ Maximum 30 years.
✔️ The Upper age relaxation - 05 years for SC / ST, 03 years for OBC (NCL) and extra 10 years for PwD.
✅ CIL MT 2025 Salary:
✔️ E2 Grade, ₹ 50,000 – 1,60,000/- at the initial Basic of ₹ 50,000/- per month during the training period.
✅ CIL MT 2025 Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Mining: Degree in Mining Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks.
✔️ Civil: Degree in the Civil Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks.
✔️ Geology: M.Sc. / M.Tech. in Geology or Applied Geology / Geophysics or Applied Geophysics with minimum 60% marks.
✅ CIL MT 2025 Selection Process:
✔️ Eligible candidates must have appeared for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE 2025). The selection based on the GATE-2025 Scores/ Marks and requirement. The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of discipline-wise and category wise, in the ratio of 1:3 in order of merit for further selection process.
✔️ The final list of selected candidates will be uploaded on the CIL official website.
✔️ These Candidates will be intimated about Documents Verification (DV) and Initial Medical Examination (IME) on CIL website and also on their registered E-mail Id only.
✅ CIL MT 2025 Application Fee: (As per Last year notification)
✔️ ₹ 1000/- plus ₹ 180/- GST for General, OBC, EWS category candidates.
✔️ No fee for SC, ST, PwBD, CIL Employees.
✔️ The fee should be made through online payment gateway using Debit/ Credit Card/ Net Banking.
✅ How to Apply CIL MT Recruitment 2025?
Eligible Interested candidates should apply online for CIL MT 2025 Online Registration will be made through cdn.digialm.com E-Application Form after January 2025. The Candidate must provide Correct Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number and Email Address. The candidates should upload scanned copy of Photograph, Signature and other required documents.
