✅ Pay Scale (Monthly Salary)
Research Associate/ Content Writer: ₹ 25000 - 40000/- per month
Associate Consultant/ Creative Content Writer/ Graphic Designer/ Video Editor: ₹ 40000 - 60000/- per month
Consultant: ₹ 60000 - 80000/- per month
Senior Consultant: ₹ 80000 - 100000/- per month
Principal Consultant: ₹ 100000+ per month
✅ Eligibility Criteria
✔️ Research Associate/ Content Writer: Graduation or PG + 1 - 2 years experience.
✔️ Associate Consultant/ Creative Content Writer/ Graphic Designer/ Video Editor: PG/ MPhil/ MBA /PG Journalism / M.Tech/ B.Tech /Recognized Certification courses (job specific). 2 - 4 years experience.
✔️ Consultant: PG/ MPhil/MBA/ PG Journalism/ M. Tech. Minimum 4 - 6 years experience.
✔️ Senior Consultant: PG in any stream/ PG certification. Minimum 6 - 8 years experience.
✔️ Principal Consultant: PG in any stream / PG certificate (Job Specific). 8-10 years Project management experience in communication space.
