NABARD Office Attendant Job Profile:

The Office Attendant job responsibilities include transporting files and papers, organizing them in cupboards, stitching and binding records, and providing water and beverages to staff. This also involves preparing and serving tea and food, assisting with lounge upkeep, and handling related tasks. Attendants also support roles like Wireman, Liftman, and Cook, operate office equipment such as photocopiers, and manage tasks in the Central Receipt and Dispatch Section. They maintain records and assist senior officers by managing documents and offering refreshments. Duties among office attendants are interchangeable across different positions.

NABARD Office Attendant Age Limit:

✔️ Minimum 18 years and Maximum 30 years as on 1st October 2024.
✔️ The candidate must have been born not earlier than 02/10/1994 and not later than 01/10/2006.
✔️ The Upper age relexation - 05 years for SC / ST, 03 years for OBC, 10 years for PwBD / Widows / Divorced Women/ Judicially separated women.

NABARD Office Attendant Salary:

✔️ Selected candidates will receive a starting basic salary of ₹ 10,940/- per month within the pay scale of the scale ₹ 17270-590(4)- 19630-690(3)- 21700-840(3)- 24220-1125(2)- 26470-1400(4)- 32070- 1900(3) -37770 (20 Years) applicable to Office Attendants in Group 'C'.
✔️ They will also be eligible for allowances such as Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Grade Allowance, as per the current rules.
✔️ The initial monthly gross salary is approximately ₹ 35,000/-

NABARD Office Attendant Eligibility Criteria:

(1) Minimum 10th Standard (Matriculation / SSC) or equivalent examination Pass from a Govt. recognized board / institute.
(2) The candidate must be a resident of the State or Union Territory that falls under the regional jurisdiction of the Regional Office they are applying to. The bank reserves the right to request any valid document as proof of the candidate's domicile status.
(3) The candidate should be an undergraduate as on 1st October 2024. Candidates possessing Graduation and higher qualification are not eligible to apply.

How to Apply NABARD Office Attendant Recruitment 2024:

Eligible Candidates Apply online through the NABARD IBPS Online Application Portal (www.ibps.in) starting from 2nd October 2024.

During the Online Registration, candidates are required to fill in basic/ communication (Address)/ personal/ educational details in the online application form.

The  Candidates are required to upload scanned copies of following documents:-

(1) Recent Photographs
(2) Signature
(3) Left Thumb Impression
(4) Handwritten declarations, etc.

The final step to pay application fee using IBPS Online Payment method. The last date for registration of online applications is 21/10/2024 up to Midnight.
