✅ Monthly Salary:
✔️ Young Professionals: Rs. 70,000/- per month (All Inclusive CTC).
✔️ Accounts Manager: As per Karmayogi Bharat Company Rules.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Accounts Manager: Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, MBA (Finance) or Inter CA or Post graduate in Commerce or equivalent. Advance knowledge of Tally is mandatory. Advance knowledge in accounting and finalization of accounts is required. Minimum 04 years experience.
✔️ Young Professional: Master’s Degree in Economics, Journalism, Public Policy, Liberal Arts or BE/B.Tech or 2 years PG Diploma in Management or MBBS or LLB or CA or ICWA or possessing any Professional Degree earned after a study of 4 years or more acquired after 10+2.
✔️ Sr. Software Developers-Back end: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 6-10 years experience.
✔️ Database Administrator: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Database Administration, or related field required; Master’s Degree preferred, particularly beneficial for higher-level or specialised positions. 6+ years experience.
✔️ Dev Ops: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 02 - 05 years experience.
✔️ Hiring Of Retired Consultant: Retired officers in pay level 7, level 8, Level 9, Level 10 and Level 11 (7th CPC) from Central Government of India.
✔️ UI-UX Developer: Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or related field. ( Graduation/B.E/B. Tech./B.Des). Minimum 03 - 06 years experience.
✔️ SQA-Tester:
(1) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
(2) Minimum 03 - 06 years relevant experience.
(3) Required Skills: Test Planning and Strategy | Test Execution and Documentation | Automation Testing | User Acceptance Testing (UAT) | Quality Assurance and Compliance | Reporting and Communication.
✔️ System Architect:
(1) Bachelor’s or master’s degree (B.E/ B. Tech./ MCA) in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
(2) Minimum 10+ years software development experience in IT as a Technical Architect.
(3) Required Skills: Technical Expertise | System Design and Architecture | Integration and Interoperability | Security and Compliance | Innovation and Adaptability | Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking | Communication and Collaboration | Microservices.
✅ Selection Process:
Karmayogi Bharat SQA-Tester and System Architect selection on the basis of Interview. Only short-listed candidates will be intimated for Interview.
