Minimum 18 years and Maximum 37 years for Clerk and Steno posts as on 1st July 2024. Age relaxation as per Punjab Govt. rules.

Consolidated monthly salary equal to minimum wages rates fixed by the Deputy Commissioner, Amritsar from time to time or as per the
instructions/ clarification received from Government of Punjab as well as the Hon'ble High Court of Punjab and Haryana, Chandigarh, from
time to time.

✔️ Clerk:
(1) Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.Sc.) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
(2) The candidate must have passed Punjabi as a subject in the Matriculation examination or its equivalent standard.
(3) Proficiency in computer operation.
✔️ Stenographer Grade-III:
(1) Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.Sc.) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
(2) The candidate must have passed Punjabi as a subject in the Matriculation examination or its equivalent standard.
(3) Proficiency in computer operation with a minimum speed of 80 wpm in English shorthand and 20 wpm in transcription of the same.
