Chief Finance Officer (CFO): Minimum two years’ experience in the scale of ₹ 120000- 280000/-
Head: Minimum 02 years’ experience in scale of ₹ 90000- 240000/- plus ₹ 120000-
Company Secretary: Minimum 02 years’ experience in scale of Revised ₹ 60000-180000/-

Educational Qualifications:
✔️ Chief Executive Officer (CEO): Engineering graduate / Post-graduate in geo-science disciplines / Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / Graduate with full time MBA/PGDM from reputed institution, with minimum 65% marks.
✔️ Chief Finance Officer (CFO): Should be qualified CA / CMA.
✔️ Head Exploration, Technical & New Venture: Post Graduate in Geology / Applied Geology / M.Tech in Mineral Exploration with a good academic record. MBA will be an additional preferred qualification.
✔️ Head BD & Commercial: Engineering Graduate/Graduate with MBA/PGDM in Marketing with good academic record.
✔️ Company Secretary: Should be a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with desired qualification of LLB.
Minimum Post Qualification Experience:
Chief Executive Officer (CEO): 24 years
Chief Finance Officer (CFO): 24 years
Head: 20 years
Company Secretary:11 years
