RCF Ltd Recruitment for the Post of Junior Fireman Grade II (A3 Grade) 2024: The Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF Ltd) invites online applications from SSC holders with a minimum 06-month Fireman certificate for the post of Junior Fireman Grade II (Grade - A3) in the unionized category to fill 10 vacancies. ✅ RCF Ltd Junior Fireman Job Profile
The job requires working in rotating shifts, including night shifts, and candidates may be posted in any plant regardless of gender. High physical fitness is essential due to the demanding nature of the work, which includes lifting equipment and valve operations. Selected candidates must meet medical and physical fitness standards; failure to do so will result in disqualification. Driving a Fire Tender/Heavy Motor Vehicle will be mandatory from the date of appointment.

✅ RCF Junior Fireman Pay Scale
✔️ The Junior Fireman Grade II, (A3) (Pay Scale of ₹ 18000 - 42000/-) which include Basic Pay +VDA (43.7%) + Perks (34%) + HRA (27% for class A cities/applicable rates for other places) works out to ₹ 36,800/- approximately.
✅ RCF Junior Fireman Eligibility Criteria
✔️ Candidates must have passed SSC (Matric) from a government-recognized board.
✔️ Completed a minimum 6-month full-time fireman certificate course from a State Fire Training Center, Government Institute (SFTC), or an institute recognized by the Government of India. Distance learning, correspondence, or part-time courses are not acceptable.
✔️ The candidates must possess a valid Heavy Motor Vehicle Driving License; a learner license will not be accepted.
✔️ Minimum 01 year experience in ‘Industrial Fire-fighting’. The Experience should be after acquiring above prescribed qualification.

✅ RCF Junior Fireman Exam 2024 Details
The online test will consist of two parts: Discipline-related and Aptitude-related, with a duration of 90 minutes. There will be 100 questions in total: 50 questions from the course curriculum of the relevant qualification (2 marks each) and 50 questions from General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, and General Knowledge/Awareness (1 mark each). Negative marking will apply for wrong answers. The level of the domain subject will be as applicable for the post.
