Educational Qualifications:
Assistant Commissioner (Cooperation/ Credit): Master’s Degree in Agriculture or Agricultural Economics or Economics or Commerce or Statistics with five years experience in the field of cooperation or credit in a Government or a recognised cooperative or credit organization.
Test Engineer: Degree in Agricultural Engineering. Minimum 03 years' experience in testing and evaluation of agricultural machinery from any Government organization or university or private listed organization.
Marketing Officer (Group-I): Master’s Degree in Agriculture including one or more disciplines i.e. Agricultural Economics or Agricultural Marketing or Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation or Agricultural Extension Education or Agricultural Statistics or Agricultural Communication or Agri-business or Agricultural Engineering or Post Harvest Technology or Food Science Technology or Food Processing or Post Harvest Management or Cold Chain Logistics or Horticulture or Masters Degree with Botany or Economics or Commerce with Economics or Maths or Statistics or Business Administration. Minimum 02 years relevant experience.
Scientific Officer (Mechanical): Masters’ Degree in Physics or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Degree in Metallurgy. One year’s experience in Mechanical testing Laboratory or one year’s experience in Research and Development in allied field.
Factory Manager: Master of Science in Microbiology or in Pharmaceutical Chemistry. 01 year experience in the Manufacturing and testing of biological products of Human use.
Assistant Mining Engineer: Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Mining Engineering. Minimum 02 years relevant experience.
Assistant Research Officer: (1) Masters’ Degree in Ore Dressing/ Mineral Processing/ Geology/ Physics/ Chemistry (OR) Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology degree in Mineral Engineering/ Chemical Engineering / Metallurgy. (2) Minimum 02 years relevant experience.
Training Officer: Bachelors Degree in any Engineering or Technology (B.E./ B.Tech) or Diploma in Engineering or Technology.
Professor: Ph.D. Degree and 1st class either at Bachelor’s or Master’s level in and Master's Degree in relevant discipline. At least 6 research publications in SCI journals/ UGC / AICTE approved list of journals.Minimum 10 years experience in Teaching / Research / Industry out of which at least 03 years shall be at a post equivalent to that of an Associate Professor.
Associate Professor: Ph.D. and Master's Degree in relevant discipline. At least 6 research publications in SCI journals/ UGC / AICTE approved list of journals. Minimum 08 years experience in Teaching / Research / Industry out of which at least 02 years shall be post Ph.D. Experience.
Assistant Professor: B.E./B. Tech./B.S. and M.E./M. Tech./M.S. or integrated M. Tech. in Civil / Computer Science & Engineering with first class in any one of the degrees.

The he UPSC selection is based on interviews. If the number of applications is high, the UPSC Commission will conduct a written examination to shortlist applicants for the interview. The date for the interview, on which shortlisted candidates are required to bring a printout of their online application along with other documents to UPSC, shall be intimated separately.

Candidates (excluding Female/SC/ST/Persons with Benchmark Disability Candidates) are required to pay Rs. 25/-. Payment can be made at any SBI branch, through net banking, or using Visa/Master/Rupay/Credit/Debit Card/UPI. There is no fee for SC/ST/PwBD/Women candidates. General/OBC/EWS male candidates must pay the full prescribed fee. Applications submitted without the prescribed fee will be rejected, and no representation against rejection will be entertained. The paid fee will neither be refunded nor reserved for any other examination or selection process.
