Job Location: Seawood, Navi Mumbai.

Age Limit:

Manager: 28 to 35 years
Senior Manager: 25 to 35 years
Deputy Manager: 25 to 35 years

Pay Scale:

Manager: Level 3 and Grade 1
Senior Manager: Level 3 and Grade 2
Deputy Manager: Level 3 and Grade 3

Educational Qualification and Experience requirements:

Manager (Compliance):

(1) Bachelor’s degree in law with minimum 60 % marks in graduation/ post-graduation.
(2) Completion of the intermediate level exam in either the Chartered Accountant (CA), Company Secretary (CS), or Cost and Works Accountant (CWA) professional course
(3) 5-7 years of experience in a compliance, legal, or regulatory environment, preferably within the insurance, education services, banking, financial services sector.
(4) Demonstrated professional competence in legal and regulatory frameworks.
(5) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management software.
 
Senior Manager (Examination):

(1) Master's degree in a relevant field such as Education Management, Assessment and Evaluation, or a related discipline, from a recognized institution of higher learning.
(2) Extensive professional experience spanning at least 5 years in examination management, preferably within the education or professional certification sectors, showcasing a stellar track record of accomplishments and demonstrated leadership acumen and have managed and delivered specific projects.
 
Senior Manager (Marketing):

(1) Master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from reputed college or university.
(2) Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing or a related field, preferably within the insurance/financial services or education industry.
(3) Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, like website CMS, email marketing software, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
(4) Proficient in content creation and creative designing utilizing requisite software tools. E.g., Canva, Adobe.
(5) Knowledge of the actuarial profession, financial services industry, education sector, insurance industry or related fields is a plus.
 
Senior Manager (Membership Services):

(1) Post Graduate degree/ diploma in Mass Communication/ Hospitality/ Public relations/ Client services/ Education/ Data Science/ Psychology/ Counselling from a reputed institution is essential.
(2) Desirable qualifications include 3-4 years of hands-on experience in student services, academic advising, or mentoring roles, highlighting a proven track record in supporting and guiding students through their educational endeavors.
Profound knowledge of actuarial principles, examinations, and industry- specific professional prerequisites is imperative, demonstrating a solid foundation in the intricacies of the field.
(3) Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are paramount, enabling effective interaction and collaboration with diverse stakeholders, students, and faculty members alike, fostering a conducive learning environment and fostering meaningful relationships.
(4) Proficiency in leveraging educational technology platforms and tools for virtual learning and communication is essential, reflecting adaptability and a forward-thinking approach to enhancing the student experience

Deputy Manager (IT):

(1) Diploma / bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, BSc-IT, BCA, MCA.
(2) Experience: About 3+ years of relevant experience.
