✅ Age Limit:
Maximum 32 years for all above posts. Age relaxation as Govt. rules.
✅ Monthly Salary (Pay Scale):
Assistant Manager (Finance): ₹ 40,000 - 1,40,000/- (CTC - ₹ 14.46 Lacs)
Section Officer (Finance): ₹ 26,000- 96,000/- (CTC - ₹ 9.7 Lacs)
Assistant Manager (HR): ₹ 40,000-1,40,000/- (CTC - ₹ 14.46 Lacs)
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Assistant Manager (Finance): Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant. Minimum 02 years post qualification experience.
✔️ Section Officer (Finance): CA (Inter) / ICMA (Inter) / M. Com / MBA (Finance). Minimum 02 years post qualification experience.
✔️ Assistant Manager (HR): MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM/ PGDM/PGDHRM or equivalent in HR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare / MHROD or MBA with specialization in HR / Personnel Management. Minimum 02 years post qualification experience.

✔️ ₹ 600/-+ Taxes as applicable for General / OBC Category Candidates.
