✔️ Maximum 50 years as on 1st May 2022.
✅ AIAHL Recruitment Salary: Total Monthly Salary & Allowances of ₹ 100,000/-, Salary - ₹ 85,000/- plus Allowances - ₹ 15,000/-
✅ Place of Posting: Delhi.
✅ AIAHL Recruitment Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Manager - Personnel & Administration: Masters of Business Administration (MBA) full time from B School/ Premiere institute preferred) with specialization in Personnel/ HR/ IR (OR) its equivalent Post Graduate Masters Degree (2 years course) / Diploma with core subjects like Personnel Management/ Human Resources/ IR. Minimum 05 years post qualification experience.
✔️ Manager- Properties & Monetization: Bachelor's degree (B.E. / B. Tech in Civil Engineering). Candidates holding Master of Business Administration (MBA)/ Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Management (2 years course)- full time from B School/ Premiere institute preferred)/ Post Graduate having studied subjects such as assets management/ real estate/ civil engineering, will be preferred. Minimum 05 years post qualification experience.
✔️ Company Secretary: Fellow/ Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Minimum 07 years relevant experience.

✅ How to Apply AIAHL Recruitment? Candidates appearing for Walk-in Interview are required to submit following documents with the application:-
(1) A duly filled in Application Form in the prescribed format, which is available on Website AIAHL official website (www.aiahl.in).
(2) A recent passport size photograph pasted in the space provided in the Application Format.
(3) One set of photocopies of supporting testimonials for date of birth, caste, qualification, experience etc. In case copies of required documents/ certificates are not submitted with the application, it will be rejected. Original certificates will be required at the time of Interview.
(4) If the candidate is working in private sector listed company, he/she is required to submit a certificate from the existing employer certifying that the employee concern is working in the company as Senior Manager for the past 05 years.
(5) The Demand Draft for an amount of ₹ 500/- drawn in favour of AI Assets Holding Limited, payable at New Delhi.
