The candidates are required to fill all personal details and upload scanned copy of following documents:-
(a) Recent Colour Passport size Photograph.
(b) Signature.
(c) All the required Essential Qualification certificates and Experience certificates.
(d) OBC / Income and Asset Certificate for EWS in the prescribed format.
(e) SC/ST/Disability/Ex-servicemen certificates applicable for full refund of processing
