✅ Age Limit:
Grade A (Assistant Manager): 25 to 30 years
Grade B (Manager): 21 to 30 years
Age Relaxation as per Government Rules.
✅ Monthly Salary (Pay Scale):
Grade A (Assistant Manager): ₹ 44500 - 2500 (4) - 54500 - 2850 (7) -74450 - EB - 2850 (4) - 85850 - 3300(1)-89150 (17 years)
Grade B (Manager): ₹ 55200 - 2850 (9) - 80850 - EB - 2850(2) - 86550 - 3300 (4) - 99750 (16 years)
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
Grade A (Assistant Manager) – General: Full time Graduation/ Post-Graduation in any discipline / CA/ CFA/ CS/ FRM (or equivalent)/ CMA/ MBA / PGDBA / PGPM / PGDM + 02 years post qualification experience.
Grade A (Assistant Manager) – Risk Management: Full time Post Graduate Degree in Finance / Commerce / Economics / Statistics /Econometrics / Mathematics / Mathematical Statistics / CA/ CFA/ FRM (or
equivalent)/ CMA/ MBA /PGDBA/ PGPM / PGDM + 02 years post qualification experience.
Grade B (Manager) – General: Full time Post-Graduation in any discipline / CA/ CFA/ CS/ FRM (or equivalent)/ CMA/ MBA / PGDBA /PGPM/ PGDM + 04 years post qualification experience.
Grade B (Manager) – Human Resource: Full time MBA /Master's degree/ Post Graduate degree/ Diploma (at least for 02 years full time) in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations or Human Resource Management and equivalent + 04 years post qualification experience.
Grade B (Manager) – Risk Management: Full time Post Graduate Degree in Finance / Commerce / Economics / Statistics /Econometrics / Mathematics / Mathematical Statistics / CA/ CFA/ FRM (or
equivalent)/ CMA/ MBA / PGDBA /PGPM / PGDM + 04 years post qualification experience.
✅ Selection Process:
The selection process will consist of three stages:
✔️ Phase I (an online exam with one paper worth 120 marks).
✔️ Phase II (an online exam with two papers, each worth 100 marks).
✔️ Phase III (an interview).
✅ Application Fee:
✔️ ₹ 1000/- for General / OBC Category Candidates.
✔️ No fee for SC / ST / PwBD Category & All Women Candidates.
✔️ The fee should be made through Online Payment Mode (Credit Card / Debit Card / UPI / Wallets / Net Banking etc.)

➢ Eligible and Interested candidates should apply online through NPS Trust Online Application Portal (IBPS).➢ Before Applying online, the candidates must read detailed official notification and if you eligible start your registration.
➢ The candidates must enter your Personal, Educational qualification, experience and Other details.
➢ Upload scanned copy of required documents - Photograph, Signature, left thumb impression, a hand written declaration etc.
➢ Before submitting the application, ensure you review the preview and verify all fields carefully. Save a printed copy of the final form for your future reference.
➢ The closing date for registration of online applications is 05/02/2025 up to midnight.
