Mangrove Foundation Recruitment 2019: MANGROVE and Marine Biodiversity Conservation Foundation of Maharashtra invites applications from eligible candidates for appointment of Deputy Director, Finance Officer, Civil Engineer and Surveyor on contract basis. Educational Qualifications:

Surveyor -> ITI or Diploma in Surveying or equivalent with minimum relevant experience of 3 years;
experience with GIS will be preferred.

Finance Officer -> B.Com / M.Com / MBA / CA (Inter), with minimum relevant experience of 3 years for B.Com and 2 years for M.Com / MBA / CA (Inter).

Deputy Director -> Post-Graduation in Natural Sciences, Social Sciences, Masters in Social Works and related fields with a minimum, relevant experience of 5 years. Minimum 05 Years. Experience of working in Govt. Departments / corporate Firms/ Projects which has background of coastal and marine ecosystem, coastal zone management will be preferred.

Civil Engineer -> Bachelor in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum relevant experience
of 2 years for B.E. and 4 years of Diploma. Previous experience of working in PWD or other Government departments will be preferred.

Selection Process: Candidates shall be shortlisted on the basis of Information provided in the application form. The selection process may be involve Written Test.

Eligibility:

Public Relations Officer (PRO) –>

Bachelors of Mass Communication/ Diploma in Mass Communication with a minimum relevant experience of 2 years; proficiency in Marathi and English language reading and writing is required.

Officer, Capacity Building –>

Post-Graduation in Natural Sciences, Social Sciences and related fields; proficiency in Marathi and English language reading and writing; with a minimum, relevant experience of 2 years.

Livelihoods Specialist –>

Post-Graduation in Natural Sciences, Social Sciences, Masters in Social Works and related fields; proficiency in Marathi and English (reading and writing); with a minimum, relevant experience of 2 years.

Assistant Director, Research –>

Ph.D (minimum 5 International peer reviewed papers)/ Masters (minimum 8 international peer reviewed papers) in Marine Biology, Natural Sciences, Natural Resource Management or related fields with a minimum, relevant experience of 3 years. Background of coastal and marine ecosystem, coastal zone management will be preferred.

Assistant Director, Livelihood Development –>

Post-Graduation in Natural Sciences, Social Sciences, Masters in Social Works and related fields with a minimum, relevant experience of 3 years.
