South Eastern Railway (SER), Kolkata invites online applications from eligible candidates who are Indian Nationals for engagement / training as Act Apprentices in various trades for fill up 1785 Vacancies under the Apprentices Act 1961 and Apprenticeship Rules, 1992, as amended from time to time, in Workshops and other establishments of South Eastern Railway. The closing date for submission online applications is 2nd January 2018.

Age Limit: The candidates should have completed 15 years of age and should not have completed 24 years of age as on 01st January 2018. 15 to 24 Years for UR, 15 to 27 Years for OBC and 29 Years for SC / ST.
Educational Qualification: Matriculation (10th class in 10+2 examination system) from a recognized Board with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (excluding additional subjects) and ITI Pass certificate (in the trade in which Apprenticeship is to be done) granted by the NCVT.
Application Fee (A Non-refundable): ₹ 100/- for General and OBC Category Candidates. No fee for SC/ST/PWD/Women candidates. The payment of fees will have to be made online through 'Payment Gateway by using Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Internet Banking/ e-Wallets, etc.' while filling up the online Application Form.
How to Apply: The candidates are required to apply online through South Eastern Railway Apprentices Recruitment Portal. The last date for submission of online applications is 02/01/2018 up to 17:00 Hours.
