Remuneration:
For Engineers / Officers -> Starting Basic Pay of ₹ 24,900/- Per Month (Pre-revised). The Cost-to-Company (CTC), will be about ₹ 12.00 lakhs (pre-revised) per annum inclusive of performance related pay (PRP).
For Assistant Officer (Quality Control) -> Starting Basic Pay of ₹ 20,600/- Per Month (Pre-revised). The Cost-to-Company (CTC), will be about ₹ 10.00 lakhs (pre-revised) per annum inclusive of performance related pay (PRP).
Educational Qualifications:
Graduate Engineers -> BE / B.Tech or equivalent qualification in required Engineering Disciplines.
Assistant Quality Control Officers -> Post Graduates (M.Sc.) or equivalent in Chemistry with minimum 02 Years relevant experience.
Selection Process: Shortlisting of candidates based on GATE 2-18 Score, will be called for Group Discussion / Group Task and Personal Interview.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates must be register GATE 2018 Exam Online on or before 5th October 2017. Candidates may apply in IndianOil only after receiving their GATE-2018 Registration Number. The IOCL Online application open from 8th January 2018 and close on 11/02/2018.
