Educational Qualification and Experience:

Assistant Commissioner (Natural Resources Management/ Rainfed Farming System) ->

(1) Master's Degree in Agronomy or Agriculture with Agronomy as a subject or Agricultural Chemistry or Soil Science or Agricultural Extension or Agricultural Economics or Agricultural Botany or Botany or Forestry or Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Engineering from a recognized University or Institute.
(2) Experience - Three years experience in the field of soil and water conservation or rain fed or integrated farming and soil survey or problem soil reclamation and or project formulation including agro-forestry projects in Central or State Government departments or Union territory Administrations or recognized research institution or councils or agricultural university or public sector undertakings or semi-Government or autonomous or statutory organization.

Scientific Officer (Microbiology) ->

(1) M.Sc. Post Graduate Degree in Microbiology of a recognized university or institute recognized by the Government.
(2) One year experience in microbiological research or standardization of Microbiological products used clinically.

Stores Officer ->

(1) Degree of a recognized university.
(2) 03 years experience in a Government or semi-Government organisation or in a private concern of repute in indenting purchases maintenance of technical Stores or accounts.

Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor (Gastroenterology) ->

(1) A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 ( 102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section(3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956(102 of 1956). Post Graduate degree in the concerned specialty or Super-speciality mentioned in Section A of Schedule VI i.e. Doctorate of Medicine (Medical Gastroenterology); or Doctorate of Medicine (Gastroenterology); or Doctor of Medicine (Medicine)/Doctor of Medicine (Paediatrics) with two years special training in Gastroenterology. NOTE: Teaching experience as Senior Resident or Tutor or Registrar or Demonstrator in Department of Gastroenterology after Doctor of Medicine (Medicine)/ Doctor of Medicine (Paediatrics) shall be considered as special training in Gastroenterology. Therefore, the candidates having Doctor of Medicine (Medicine)/ Doctor of Medicine (Paediatrics) only must have minimum two years experience in the Department of Gastroenterology and remaining one year in the Department of Medicine or Paediatrics to become eligible for the post.
(2) At least 03 years' Teaching experience as Sr. Resident or Tutor or Demonstrator or Registrar in the concerned Specialty or Super-specialty in a recognized teaching institution after obtaining the first post graduate degree.

Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor (Neonatology) ->

(1) A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 ( 102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section(3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956(102 of 1956). Post-Graduate degree in the concerned specialty or Super-speciality mentioned in Section A of Schedule VI i.e. Doctorate of Medicine (Neonatology); or Doctor of Medicine (Paediatrics) with two years special training in Neonatology.
(2) At least three years' Teaching experience as Sr. Resident or Tutor or Demonstrator or Registrar in the concerned Specialty or Super-specialty in a recognized teaching institution after obtaining the first post graduate degree.

Specialist Grade III Assistant Professor (Pharmacology) ->

(1) A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 ( 102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section(3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956(102 of 1956). (ii) Post-Graduate degree in the concerned specialty or Super-speciality mentioned in Section A of Schedule VI i.e. Doctor of Medicine (Pharmacology); or Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery with Doctor of Philosophy ( Medical Pharmacology); or Master of Science (Medical Pharmacology) with Doctor of Philosophy (Medical Pharmacology); or Master of Science (Medical Pharmacology) with Doctor of Science (Pharmacology).
(2) At least three years' Teaching experience as Sr. Resident or Tutor or Demonstrator or Registrar in the concerned Specialty or Super-specialty in a recognized teaching institution after obtaining the first post graduate degree.

Assistant Director ->

(1) Master's Degree / Post Graduate in Commerce or Economics or Statistics or Mathematics from a recognized University; or Master's Degree in Business Administration from a recognized University or equivalent.
(2) Three years experience in analysis of physical and financial performance of Public Enterprises, particularly in the fields of Management, Administration, Organization and Evaluation of Performance.

Labour Enforcement Officer (Central) ->

(1) Degree in Commerce or Degree with Economics /Sociology/Social work as one of the subjects from a recognized University or equivalent.
(2) Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Law, Labour Relations, Labour Welfare, Labour Laws, Sociology, Commerce, Social work/Welfare, Business Administration, Personnel Management or any other allied subject relating to labour from a recognized University/ Institution or equivalent.

Assistant Legislative Counsel (Telugu) ->

(1) Master's degree in Law (LLM) from a University established or incorporated by or under a Central Act; a Provincial Act or a State Act or any institution for higher education deemed to be a University by the Central Government or any other institution or foreign University approved by the Central Government; and
(2) Should have been a member of State Judicial Service for a period of five years. Or Should have held a post in the Legal Department of a State Government for five years; Or Should have been a Central Government Servant who has had experience in Legal Affairs for five years; Or Should have been a qualified legal practitioner who has practised as such for five years; Or Should have been a teacher of Law for five years in a recognized Institution; Or Should have five years' experience of translation into Telugu Language of statutes, statutory rules and orders in the Central Government or State Government; Or Should have five years' experience of drafting of statutes in the Central Government or State Government
