Application Fee: Applicant must pay ₹ 250/- towards application processing fee and ₹ 120/- towards Examination Fee. SC, ST, BC, PH & Ex-Service Men candidates are exempted from payment of examination fee. The Fee is to be paid online using Payment Gateway using Net Banking/ Credit card / Debit Card.
Selection Process: Online Examination (Written). The Examination will be held at Vijayawada and / or Guntur. The Commission Conducts Screening Test in Off-Line mode in case applicants exceed 25,000 in number and Main Examination in Online-mode for candidates selected in screening test.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates apply online through APPSC Commission's Website. Before applying for the post, an applicant shall register his/her bio-data particulars through One Time Profile Registration (OTPR) on the Commission's Website. Once applicant registers his/her particulars, a User ID is generated and sent to his/her registered mobile number and email ID. Applicants need to apply for the post using the OTPR User ID through Commission's website. The Online Registration open from 04/10/2017 and close on 03/11/2017.

Educational Qualifications:
Assistant B.C. Welfare Officer / Assistant Social Welfare Officer / Assistant Tribal Welfare Officer -> Bachelor’s Degree of a University in India established or Incorporated by or under a Central Act, State Act or a Provincial Act or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission or an equivalent qualification.
Royalty Inspector -> B.Sc., Degree in Geology and having Practical experience for a period of not less than two years in the investigation of mineral deposits and geological mapping or mining or underground
water resources.
Group-I Services (Notification No.30/2016) -> A Bachelor's Degree. For Assistant Commissioner of Labour Post - Preference shall be given to A Post Graduate Degree in Law (or) P.G. Degree in Social Work with specialization in Labour Welfare and Personnel Management/ Industrial Labour Relations.
Hostel Welfare Officers -> Graduation with B.Ed., or equivalent.
Assistant Director of Fisheries -> A first class degree of Master of Fisheries Science; (OR) A first class degree of M.Tech. in Aqua Cultural Engineering.
Panchayat Secretary (Grade - IV) -> Must have passed the Degree from any University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, State Act or a Provincial Act or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission.
Assistant Chemist -> Post Graduate in Chemistry or applied Chemistry or a degree in Chemical Engineering. Chemical Technology from a University or Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission or an equivalent qualification.
Assistant Director -> B.Arch or B.E (civil) or B.Planning or B.Tech. (Planning) or M.A (Geography) and must possess a Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Town and Country Planning.
Town planning Assistant -> B.Arch., or B.E / B. Tech (civil) or B.Planning / B.Tech (Planning) (OR) Passing an Associate - ship examination of Institute of Town Planners (India).
Agriculture Officers -> Degree of Bachelor of Science in Agriculture of a recognised University in the State or any other University recognised by Indian Council of Agricultural Research.
Assistant Director of Fisheries -> A first class degree of Master of Fisheries Science; (OR) A first class degree of M.Tech. in Aqua Cultural Engineering; In case candidates with the above qualification are not vailable, candidates with the following qualification may be considered. A first class degree of M.Sc. with Zoology / fisheries / Ichthyology / Marine Biology / Biological Science.

Lecturers ->
(1) Good academic record with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent
Grade of B in the 7 point scale with letter grades O, A, B, C, D, E & F at the Masters Degree level, in the relevant subject, obtained from the Universities recognized in India.
(2) Should have passed National Eligibility Test (NET) for lecturers conducted by UGC, CSIR or similar tests accredited by the UGC or SLET conducted by the Osmania University in terms of G.O. Ms. No. 19, Higher Education (CE-1-I), Dept., Dt. 24/02/2011 and by Andhra University, Visakhapatnam in terms of G.O.Ms. No.47, Higher Education (CE-1) Dept.,dt.02/12/2015.
Assistant Statistical Officer ->
(1) Bachelor’s Degree with Statistics as one of the Main Subject (OR)
(2) Bachelor’s Degree with Mathematics (with Statistics as a paper in one year or two years or all the three years as the case may be) as one of the main Subjects (OR)
(3) Bachelor’s Degree with Economics (with statistics as a paper in one year or two years or all the three years as the case may be) as one of the main subjects, (OR)

The fee exempted for SC, ST, BC, PH & Ex-Service Men, Families having Household Supply White Card issued by Civil Supplies Department, A.P. Government. (Residents of Andhra Pradesh) and Un-employed youth in the age group of 18 to 42 years as per G.O.Ms.No.439, G.A (Se-A) Dept., dated: 18/10/1996 should submit declaration at an appropriate time to the Commission.
