✅ CPCL Executive Age Limit:
As per Advertisement.
✅ CPCL Executive Salary:
✔️ Group A0 ₹ 40,000 – 1,40,000/- per month for Official Language discipline.
✔️ Group A ₹ 50,000 – 1,60,000/- per month for other disciplines.
✅ CPCL Executive Eligibility Criteria:
Chemical:
Education: First Class Graduate Degree in Engineering/ Technology in Chemical/ Petroleum/ Petrochemicals.
Marks: ≥ 60% aggregate; ≥ 55% for SC/ST/PwBD.
Mechanical:
Education: First Class Graduate Degree in Engineering/Technology in Mechanical.
Marks: ≥ 60% aggregate; ≥ 55% for SC/ST/PwBD.
Electrical:
Education: First Class Graduate Degree in Engineering/Technology in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics.
Marks: ≥ 60% aggregate; ≥ 55% for SC/ST/PwBD.
Official Language:
Essential: Master's Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at degree level, ≥ 60% aggregate.
Desirable: Diploma in Translation or 3 months Translation Training by Central Translation Bureau.
Experience: 2 years in terminological or translation work, preferably in technical/ scientific literature.
Human Resources:
Education: Post Graduate Diploma/Degree in HRM/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/ Labour Welfare/ MSW/ MBA with specialization in HR, ≥ 60% aggregate; ≥ 55% for SC.
Experience: Minimum 2 years post qualification in HR related fields in Government/ Public Sector/ Large Industrial Establishment.
✅ CPCL Executive Selection Process:
The selection shall be made through following steps:-
✔️ Online Test (to be held tentatively in Chennai only) (120 Marks)
✔️ Group Discussion / Task and / or Personal Interview
