Minimum Qualification: Post Graduate in concerned discipline with at least 55% marks. Good academic record with a Ph.D Degree in the concerned/ allied/ relevant disciplines. For Assistant Professor - NET/SET/SLET shall remain the minimum eligibility condition (Exempted for Ph.D Holders)
Minimum Experience: Professor / Director - 10 Years, Associate Professor / Assistant Director - 08 Years, Librarian - 13 Years.
Application Fee: Prescribed application forms and other details like required qualifications etc. can be obtained from Assistant Registrar (Forms and Stationery), University of Jammu, Jammu from 06.01.2017 personally on payment of ₹ 1210/- or by sending crossed Indian Postal order or Bank Draft worth ₹ 1260/- (if required by post) drawn in favour of the Registrar, University of Jammu, Jammu-180006 encashable at Jammu Post Office/Bank as the case may be. (OR) The application form can also be downloaded from official website. Those who submit the downloaded application form shall be required to enclose crossed Indian Postal Orders or Bank Draft worth ₹ 1210/- drawn in favour of the Registrar, University of Jammu, Jammu-180006 encashable at Jammu post office/bank, as the case may be.
