Educational Qualifications:
(1) Master Degree/ Bachelor Degree in Social Science preferably in Social Works/ Sociology/ Economics/ Management.
(2) 2-3 years practical experience in Social Development work with Poverty Reduction Programme.
(3) Expert in M.S. Office, Proficient with Project Management Software, Strong Analytical skills, Experience in Govt. Institution will be given preference and must be fluent in English and Bengali.
