✅ Age Limit:
✔️ JGM / DGM (Production): Maximum 52 years for Grade C1 and Maximum 50 years for Grade D.
✔️ Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager (Laboratory): Maximum 34 years for grade G and 31 years for grade G1.
✔️ Assistant Manager (HR): Maximum 46 Years for G1 grade.
✔️ Junior Accounts Assistant: Not more than 27 years.
✅ Pay Scale (Monthly Salary):
✔️ Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager (Laboratory): Rs. 77,000/- - Rs. 2,10,000/- ( for G grade) and Rs. 73,000/- - Rs. 1,70,000/- ( for G1 grade)
✔️ Assistant Manager (HR): Rs. 73,000/-- Rs. 1,70,000/
✔️ Junior Accounts Assistant: L1, Rs. 30,000/- - Rs. 60,000/-
✔️ JGM / DGM (Production): Rs. 1,35,000/- - Rs. 2,70,000/- (for Grade C1) and Rs. 1,30,000/- - Rs. 2,60,000/- (for Grade D)
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ JGM / DGM (Production): Full-time B.E./B.Tech. in Chemical discipline. Minimum 25 years for Grade C1/ 23 years for Grade D post qualification experience.
✔️ Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager (Laboratory): Ph.D. (Microbiology), B.Sc. & M.Sc. in Microbiology from recognized university with minimum 60% aggregate marks. Experience - 07 Years for grade G and 04 years for grade G1.
✔️ Assistant Manager (HR): MSW or MHRM or {Grad. +LLB+ PG Dip in PM/HRM} or Regular full-time MBA (HR) or MHRD or equivalent Post-graduate diploma in management (HR specialization). Minimum 21 years of post-qualification relevant experience in HR.
✔️ Junior Accounts Assistant: Full Time Regular course of B.Com as well as M.Com with minimum 60 % marks in B.Com and M.Com.
