✅ Age Limit:
Junior Secretariat Assistant: 28 years
Junior Stenographer: 27 years
Age relaxation as per Govt. rules, There is no age limit for department candidates.
✅ Monthly Salary:
Junior Secretariat Assistant: Pay Level-2, ₹ 35180/- per month.
Junior Stenographer: Pay Level-4, ₹ 25500 - 81100/- per month.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
Junior Secretariat Assistant:
(1) Minimum 10+2 / Matric + 12th Class Pass or its equivalent.
(2) Proficiency in Computer Typing Speed of 35 w.p.m in English or 30 w.p.m in Hindi.
Junior Stenographer:
(1) Minimum 10+2 / Matric + 12th Class Pass or its equivalent.
(2) Proficiency in Stenography as per prescribed norms fixed by DOPT from time to time (Dictation at the speed of 80 w.p.m. for 10 minutes in English / Hindi).

➢ Eligible and Interested candidates are required to submit online application form through IIP Recruitment Portal. The candidates have to register themselves with valid email ID before applying and after registering themselves. The last date for registration of online applications is 10/02/2025.➢ After applying online, the candidates have to send hard copy of print out of application form along with requisite documents addressed to:-
