General Manager: 49 to 55 years (57 years for BC / BCM/ MBC / DNC, 57 years for SC / SCA / ST)
AGM: 43 to 50 years (53 years for BC / BCM/ MBC / DNC, 55 years for SC / SCA / ST)
Senior Manager: 25 to 30 years
✅ Monthly Salary (Pay Scale):
General Manager: ₹ 102500- 3%- 214790/-
AGM: For the right candidate, the consolidated amount is negotiable.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:
General Manager – Purchase: First Class Full Time Engineering Degree with First Class MBA / First Class Post Graduate Diploma in Materials Management (OR) First Class Full Time B.E. / B.Tech in any branch of Engineering / Technology. Minimum 29 years post qualification experience.
General Manager – Plantation: First class full time 4 years B.Sc. (Agriculture / Forestry / Horticulture) (OR) First class full time M.Sc. (Botany). Minimum 29 years post qualification experience.
AGM – Security Services: Persons with minimum qualification of graduation and retired from Armed Forces (Army / Navy / Air Force) or Central Paramilitary forces like CRPF / CISF / BSF / RPF in the rank of Commissioned Officers or equivalently in the minimum rank of Assistant Commandant / Dy. Superintendent of Police in Central Paramilitary forces. Minimum 23 years post qualification experience.
Senior Manager – IT (Full Stack): First-Class full-time B.E. / B.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology. Minimum 05 to 08 years post qualification experience.
Senior Manager – IT (Business Intelligence): First-Class full-time B.E. / B.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology. Minimum 05 to 08 years post qualification experience.
Senior Manager – IT (Industry 4.0): First-Class full-time B.E. / B.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology. Minimum 05 to 08 years post qualification experience.
