Essential Qualification and Experience:
Accounts Assistant -> A degree in Commerce from a recognized university, or equivalent. At least 04 years of experience in administration, finance and accounts, budget, preparation of annual accounts, handling of cash, stores, working knowledge of GPF, CPF and purchase rules and regulations under government departments, autonomous bodies or PSUs etc.
Junior Hindi Translator -> (1) Master's Degree of a recognized University or equivalent in Hindi or English with English or Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as a medium of examination at degree level. (OR) Master's Degree of a recognized University or equivalent in any subject other than Hindi or English, with English or Hindi medium and English or Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as a medium of examination at degree level. (2) Recognized Diploma or Certificate Course in translation from Hindi to English and vice-versa. (3) 02 years experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice-versa in Central or State Government offices, including Government of India Undertaking/ Autonomous Bodies or PSUs etc.
PA-'B' -> (1) A degree from a recognized university, or equivalent. (2) Speed of 100 w.p.m. in English shorthand and 40 w.p.m. in typing. (3) Working knowledge of computer. (4) At least three years experience as Junior Stenographer in government departments/ autonomous bodies or PSUs etc.
PA-'C' -> (1) A degree from a recognized university, or equivalent. (2) Speed of 80 w.p.m. in English shorthand and 30 w.p.m. in typing. (3) At least 03 years experience as a Stenographer in a government departments/ autonomous bodies or PSUs etc. Working knowledge of computer (MS Office).
Assistant Grade-II -> (1) A degree from a recognized university, or equivalent. (2) Speed of 40 w.p.m. in English and / or 25 w.p.m. in Hindi typing. (3) One years experience in office, accounts and stores work in government departments/ autonomous bodies or PSUs etc.
How to Apply: Applications in the prescribed format should reach the Registrar, Vigyan Prasar, A-50, Institutional Area, Sector-62, Noida 201 309, within a period of one month from the date of publication of this advertisement in Employment News Paper (i.e. Last date will be 12/06/2017). The last date in respect of applications received only (by post) from candidates residing in Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Jammu & Kashmir, Lahaul and Spiti District and Pangi Sub Division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman and Nicobar Islands or Lakshadweep or abroad, would be 45 days from the date of publication of advertisement.
The envelope containing the application must be superscribed in bold letter as "Application for the post of ______" and also indicate whether applying for "Direct Recruitment/Deputation."
