✅ SIDBI Assistant Manager Eligibility Criteria:
Assistant Manager Grade ‘A’ – General Stream:
(1) Graduation in Commerce/ Economics/ Mathematics / Statistics/ Business Administration/ Engineering (OR) Company Secretary (CS) / Certified Management Accountant (CMA/ ICWA)/ Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) (OR) Chartered Accountant (CA) (OR) MBA/ PGDM [in Any Discipline.
(2) At least 02 years' experience.
Assistant Manager Grade ‘B’ – General:
(1) Graduation in any discipline / equivalent technical or professional qualification (OR) Post-Graduation in any discipline / Equivalent technical or professional qualification.
(2) At least 05 years' experience.
Assistant Manager Grade ‘B’ – Legal:
(1) Bachelor’s degree in law (BL).
(2) Enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of India.
(3) At least 05 years' work experience.
Assistant Manager Grade ‘B’ – IT:
(1) B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science/Computer Technology/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electronics & Communications (OR) MCA.
(2) At least 05 years' experience.
✅ SIDBI Assistant Manager Application Fee:
✔ ₹ 175/- for SC / ST / PwBD category candidates.
✔ ₹ 1100/- for General and OBC category candidates.
✔ No fee for Staff candidates.

The SIDBI Assistant Manager selection process includes three stages:-
Phase I: Online screening exam with one paper (7 sections, total 200 marks).
Phase II: Online exam with two papers (total 200 marks).
Phase III: Interview (100 marks), including up to 25% for notable extracurricular achievements, awards, or recognition in service (subject to documentary evidence).
