✅ Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Candidates must hold a Post Graduate and Ph.D. with first-class hor an equivalent level of performance (in terms of grades, etc.) in the relevant field, maintaining an excellent academic record throughout.
✅ Minimum Experience:
Professor
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in teaching/research/professional roles, with at least 4 years as an Associate Professor in IITs, IIMs, IISc Bangalore, NITIE Mumbai, IISERs, or equivalent institutions.
- Requirements: Strong publication record, leadership in research, course development, and relevant professional activities.
Associate Professor
- Experience: Minimum 6 years, including at least 3 years as an Assistant Professor Grade I or equivalent.
- Requirements: Demonstrated independent research experience with publications and course development.
Assistant Professor Grade I
- Experience: Minimum 3 years (excluding PhD pursuit).
- Requirements: Proven research capabilities with publications.
- Placement: Entry at Academic Level 12; advancement to Level 13A1 after 3 years.
Assistant Professor Grade II
- Eligibility: Candidates not qualifying for Grade I.
- Placement: Entry at Academic Level 10 or 11 based on post-PhD experience.
- Advancement: After 3 years, may transition to Assistant Professor Grade I at Academic Level 12.
