✅ NER Railway Scouts and Guides Age Limit:
✔️ For Group 'C' Posts - 18 to 30 years
✔️ For Group 'D' Posts - 18 to 33 years
✔️ Age Relaxation - 05 years for SC / ST, 03 years for OBC.
✅ NER Railway Scouts and Guides Salary:
✔️ Group ‘C’: Level-02, 6th CPC Grade Pay ₹ 1900/-
✔️ Erstwhile Group ‘D’: Level-01, 6th CPC Grade Pay ₹ 1800/-
✅ NER Railway Scouts and Guides Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ For level-2 (Group ‘C’) posts:
For Technician-III: Matriculation (10th Pass) or its equivalent with ITI in relevant trade (Recognised by SCVT/NCVT).
For other posts:12th pass or its equivalent with 50% marks in aggregate. The compulsion of 50% marks
in aggregate will not be insisted upon in case of SC, ST, Ex-Servicemen candidates and candidates possessing qualification higher than 12th or its equivalent.
✔️ For level-1 (Erstwhile Group ‘D’) posts:
For Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical and Signal & Telecom department: 10th pass plus National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT or 10th pass plus ITI.
For other department: Matriculation (10th pass) or ITI or its equivalent or National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT.
✅ NER Railway Recruitment Scouting Qualifications:
(a) President Scout/Guide/Rover/Ranger or Himalayan Wood Badge(HWB) holder in any section.
(b) Should have been an active member of a Scouts Organization for the last 05 years.
(c) Should have attended two events at National Level or All Indian Railway’s Level and two events at State Level.
✅ NER Railway Scouts and Guides Selection Process:
✔️ Written Examination
✔️ Scouting Skill Assessment
✔️ Marks on certificates
✅ NER Railway Scouts and Guides Examination Fee:
✔️ For General – ₹ 500/- (Refund of ₹ 400/- will be made to those candidates who actually appear in the written exam)
✔️ For SC / ST / Ex-S / PWD / Minorities / Economically BC – ₹ 250/- (Refundable)
✅ How to Apply NER Railway Scouts and Guides Recruitment 2024?
➢ Eligible Interested candidates should apply online through NER Railway Online Application Portal (rrbgkp.gov.in) from 12th October 2024.
➢ The candidates should enter personal, qualification details and upload relevant documents.
➢ The last date for registration of online applications is 11/11/2024 up to 5:00 PM.
