Age Limit: 18 to 30 Years as on 1st January 2025. Age Relaxation - 03 Years for OBC communities; 05 Years for SC/ST communities.
Scale of Pay: Pay Matrix Level 2 in 7th CPC.
Educational Qualification:
(1) Matric with 12th Class (10+2 stage) or its equivalent examination with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate. [50% marks are not to be insisted upon in case of ST/ SC/ Ex-Serviceman and where candidate possess qualifications higher than HSC such as Graduation/ Post Graduation.] (OR)
(2) Act Apprenticeship / ITI Passed (for the post of Skilled Artisan Only). No other qualification including Diploma in Engineering.
