Educational Qualification & Experience:

Chief General Manager (Finance) -> CA/ ICWA or MBA, two years, Full-time, with specialization in Finance from recognized Indian University/ Institute. Minimum 14 years (as on 31.10.2014) of post - qualification experience with 10 years at senior level position with adequate experience in Finance & Accounts in any government/ Public Sector/ Autonomous body.

Chief General Manager (Personnel & Administration) -> MBA/ PG Degree/ Diploma with specialization in Human Resources/ Industrial Relations/ Personnel Management from a recognized Indian University/ Institute beside having basic degree in any discipline. Those possessing a degree in Law will have an added advantage. Minimum 14 years (as on 31.10.2014) of post - qualification experience with 10 years at senior level position with adequate experience in Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ General Administration in any government/ Public Sector/ Autonomous body/ MNCs or organizations of repute.

General Manager (Finance) -> CA/ ICWA or MBA, two years, Full-time, with specialization in Finance from recognized Indian University/ Institute. Minimum 12 years (as on 31.10.2014) of relevant post qualification experience.

Chief Legal Manager -> Degree in Law (Professional) with minimum 50% marks from a recognized Indian University/ Institute. Candidates with L.L.M Degree will have an added advantage. Minimum 10 years (as on 31.10.2014) of relevant post - qualification experience in  any government/ Public Sector/ Autonomous body/ MNCs or organizations of repute/ Solicitor firm.

Manager (Law) -> Degree in Law (Professional) with minimum 50% marks from a recognized Indian University/ Institute. Candidates with L.L.M Degree will have an added advantage. Minimum 5 years (as on 31.10.2014) of relevant post - qualification experience in  any government/ Public Sector/ Autonomous body/ MNCs or organizations of repute/ Solicitor firm.

Educational Qualification & Experience:

Chief Legal Manager ->

(1) Bachelor Degree in Law in First Division.
(2) Qualification should be full time and from recognized university.
(3) Those possessing a Post Graduation in Law (i.e. LLM) will have an added advantage.
(4) Experience - Minimum 10 years as on 31 August 2014 of post qualification experience in handling Legal matters in PSU / Govt. service / Solicitor's firm / Advocate's firm / MNC / Private organization.

Company Secretary ->

(1) ACS/FCS from Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
(2) Experience - Minimum 5 years as on 31 August 2014 of post qualification experience as Assistant Secretary or/and Deputy Secretary or/and Secretary in practice in any Government/Public Sector/Autonomous Body/MNCs or organization of repute.
