Educational Qualifications & Experience:

Office Assistant (Multipurpose)  / Officer Scale-I -> Degree in any Discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent. Essential - Proficiency in Local Language.

Officer Scale-II (Treasury Manager) -> Candidate should be a Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance from a reputed Institute. One Year Experience.

Officer Scale-II (Law Officer) ->  Degree from a recognized University in Law or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Experience - Two years as an advocate or should have worked as Law Officer in Banks or Financial Institutions for
a period not less than two years.

Officer Scale-II (Agriculture Officer) -> Degree from a recognized University in any discipline in Agriculture, Horticulture, Dairy, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Experience - Two Years.

Officer Scale-II (IT Officer) -> Degree from a recognized University in Electronics/ Communication/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Desirable Experience - Certificate in ASP, PHP, C+++, JAVA, VB, VC, OCP etc. Minimum One Year Experience.

Officer Scale-II (General Banking) -> Degree from a recognized University in any discipline or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Preference will be given to the candidates having Degree/Diploma in Banking, Finance Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, agricultural Marketing and Co-operation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy. Experience - 2 years experience as an Officer in any Bank or Financial Institution.

Pre-Requisite Qualification: Candidates who have been declared qualified in the RRBs-Online CWE conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2013 should have obtained the following Total Weighted Score (Qualifying Standard Score)

Selection Process:

(a) Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- CWE-II conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2013 and Personal Interview. Merit list of the candidates for final selection based on Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS) obtained by them in CWE of IBPS and Personal Interview will be prepared in descending order under each SC/ST/OBC/UR category.
(b) Personal Interview - Depending on the number of vacancies, Bank will call from among who have applied to bank, the number, equivalent to three times the number of vacancies short¬listed based on their Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS). Remaining applicants, if any will not receive an interview call from the Bank. The total marks for Interview will be 30. The Interview will be held at the Head Office, Paschim Banga Gramin Bank,

Application Fee: Rs.20/- for SC/ST/PWD Category Candidates; Rs.100/- for all others. Requisite Application Fee may be paid through CBS at any of the Branches of Paschim Banga Gramin Bank, by means of a Payment challan available in the Bank’s website.
