Age Limit: Maximum 65 Years.
Salary:
(a) For candidates upto 55 years of age:- The appointments shall be on contractual basis for a period of two years renewable upto 5 years based on performance. The salary payable shall be equivalent to Senior Management Grade Scale IV of Public Sector Banks. The selected candidates shall be on one year probation.
(b) For candidates above 55 years and upto 65 years of age:- Consolidated salary of Rs.55,000/- (Rupees Fifty Five Thousand only) per month shall be payable plus petrol reimbursement of Rs.12,000/- (Rupees Twelve Thousand only) per month for official purpose. The appointments shall be purely on contractual basis for one year, renewable every year at the discretion of the competent authority at NIBSCOM.
(c) For candidates who have retired from nationalized/public sector banks and are getting monthly pension, the monthly salary payable shall not be more than the last salary drawn (including Professional Qualification Pay and increment component of Fixed Personal Pay) minus monthly pension OR the applicable salary mentioned at (a) / (b) above, whichever is less.
Experience: A minimum of 15 years industry level experience/teaching in relevant field/area is required.
