West Bengal State Rural Livelihoods Mission (WBSRLM) intends to recruit professional experts for the post of District Project Managers, Block Project Manager and Block Project Executives on Contract Basis. The last date for submission of Online Application is 10th July 2014.
About: WBSRLM a registered Society under the Panchayats and Rural Development Department, Government of West Bengal, set up for implementation of Aajeevika/ National Rural Livelihoods Mission (NRLM) & launched as Anandadhara in West Bengal.

Qualification & Eligibility:
District Project Managers -> The Candidate should be a Post Graduate Degree or PG Diploma holder in Rural Development/ Rural Management / Business Administration / Social Work /Agriculture or in any other allied discipline from recognised and reputed Institutions / University. He / she should have at least 7 years of relevant work experience. Preference would be given to those passed out from reputed management institute of national level and having experience of working in reputed institutions or in government programme/development programme/ NGO etc. The person should be well versed in MS office.
Block Project Manager -> The candidate should be a PG degree/Diploma or Master degree holder in management, social work, rural management, rural development, agriculture and in any allied disciplines from recognised and reputed Institutions / University. He / she should have 3-4 years of relevant work experience. Preference would be given to those passed out from reputed management institute of national level and having experience of working with Government programme/ reputed institutions/ development project / NGOs etc.
Block Project Executive -> The candidate should be a graduate (3 years) in any discipline with 2-3 year of relevant work experience in reputed institution/ government programme/development project/NGO. Preference would be given to local applicants.
Selection Process: Initial selection of candidates will be based on knowledge and aptitude test. Successful candidates will have to finally appear for Psychometric Test and Personal Interview.
