Educational Qualification & Experience (As on 01/07/2013):
Office Assistant (Multipurpose) ->
(a) Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent.
(b) Essential - Proficiency in local language.
(c) Desirable - Knowledge of Computer skills.
Officer Scale-I ->
(a) Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent.
(b) Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, InformationTechnology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy.
(c) Proficiency in local language.
(d) Computer knowledge or awareness will be an added qualification.
Officer Scale-II General Banking Officer ->
(a) Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
(b) Preference will be given to the candidates having degree in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, gricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy.
(c) Two years as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
Officer Scale-II ->
(a) Marketing Manager -> MBA in Marketing from a recognized university. One Year Experience.
(b) Treasury Manager -> Certified Associateship (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or MBA in Finance from a recognized university/ institution.
(c) Agricultural Officer -> Degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Dairy/ Animal Husbandry/ Forestry/ Veterinary Science/ Agricultural Engineering/Pisciculture from a recognized university or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
Officer Scale-III ->
(a) Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
(b) Preference will be given to the candidates having Degree/Diploma in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Co-operation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy.
(c) Minimum 5 years experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institutions.
Pre-Requisite Qualification: Candidates who have been declared qualified in the RRBs-Online CWE conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2013 should have obtained the following Total Weighted Score (Qualifying Standard Score)

Selection Process:
(a) Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- CWE-II conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2013 and Personal Interview. Merit list of the candidates for final selection based on Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS) obtained by them in CWE of IBPS and Personal Interview will be prepared in descending order under each SC/ST/OBC/UR category.
(b) Personal Interview - Depending on the number of vacancies, Bank will call from among who have applied to bank, the number, equivalent to three times the number of vacancies short¬listed based on their Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS). Remaining applicants, if any will not receive an interview call from the Bank. The total marks for Interview will be 30. The Interview will be held at VANANCHAL GRAMIN BANK, HEAD OFFICE, DUMKA and the address of the venue will also be advised in the call letters.
Application Fee: Rs.100/- for all others. Rs.20/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates. The Requisite Application Fee may be paid through CBS at any of the Branches of Vananchal Gramin Bank /Through NEFT from any other Bank, by means of a Payment challan available in the Bank’s website.
How To Apply: IBPS Qualified Interested candidates Apply Online through Official Website from 26/06/2014 to 11/07/2014. Candidates should ensure that their personal email ID (as specified in the online application form while applying for RRBs- Common Written Examination CWE conducted in September 2013) is kept active during the currency of a recruitment project. Bank may send call letters for Interview etc. to the registered e-mail ID.
