Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India invites applications from young scientists and engineers who have proven track record in their respective field, to satiate their innovative ideas and pursue advanced research in an accelerated pace, for the "DAE-Science Research Council Outstanding Investigators" (DAE-SRC-OI) Awards for the year 2014-2015.
The award includes a research grant for a period of five years which shall be used for the sole purpose of pursuing the research project. Besides research grant, the awardees will be given an incentive of Rs. 25,000/- per month for five years in addition to the salary that they draw from their employer (conditions apply).
Age limit: The applicant should be below 47 years as on 31 December 2014.
Proposals may be addressed to "The Under Secretary, Nuclear Controls & Planning Wing, Department of Atomic Energy, OYC Building, CSM Marg, Mumbai-400 001" on or before 13/06/2014.
