Educational Qualifications:
Editor ->
Essential - (i) Second Class Master's degree in English/Hindi Language(s) or in any of the Social Science subject; (ii) Minimum of 5 years experience in copy
editing of books, journals and/or periodicals in an institution of repute.
Desirable - (a) Diploma/degree in Journalism; (b) Knowledge of printing technology.
Assistant Director -> (i) At least second class post-graduate degree in the relevant discipline i.e. Home Science/ Child Development/ Psychology/ Education/Social Work/ Sociology/ Social Anthropology/ Management/ Public Administration/ Statistics; and (ii) Three years experience in teaching/ research/ project formulation/ monitoring and supervision in the fields of Child Development/ Mother Care/ Social Development/ Social Welfare.
Research Assistant -> (i) At least second class Master's degree in relevant discipline. (ii) Two years experience of Investigation/Tabulation/ analysis of data etc.
Junior Hindi Translator -> (1) Bachelor's degree of a recognized University with Hindi and English as main subjects, which includes the term compulsory/ elective subjects. (2) Diploma/ Certificate in Translation
from Hindi to English and vice-versa from a recognized University/ Institution. (3) A speed of 25 w.p.m. in Hindi typewriting. (4) Knowledge of MS Office and similar computer application. (5) Desirable - Experience of translation from Hindi to English and vice-versa in Central/State Government offices including autonomous organizations.
Accounts Clerk -> (i) High School Certificate. (ii) Five years experience of handling accounts dealing with establishment matters in Government/Autonomous Bodies/Non Government Organisation.
Staff Car Driver -> (i) Tenth Class Pass and (ii) Possession of valid driving license for LMV and HMV.
Project Officer (NCF) -> The officer working in Govt./ autonomous bodies, the minimum of the scale should be Rs. 600/- p.m. (un-revised) having the qualifications as under:- Good academic record with first or second class Master's degree in Social work or Social Sciences and five years experience in processing cases of grant-in-aid to voluntary organizations in the field of social development (OR) Good academic record with first or second class Bachelor's degree in social Sciences and ten years experience in processing cases of grant-in-aid to voluntary organizations in the field of social development.
Section Officer (NCF) -> Officers have rendered at least 5 years service in an analogous post in a government department/Autonomous body/educational institution in a scale the minimum of which is Rs. 5500/- (now GP Rs. 4200/-)
Application Fee: Rs. 250/- in the form of a Demand Draft in favour of the "National Institute of Public Cooperation and Child Development" payable at New Delhi. No fee for SC/ST/Physically Handicapped Category Candidates.
