Government of India Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution Department of Consumer Affairs is proposed to fill up one post of Registrar in National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC), Delhi under the administrative control of the Department of Consumer Affairs in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution. The post is proposed to be filled up by composite method [Deputation (Including Short Term Contract)/ Promotion] from amongst the officers under the Central Govt or State Government or Supreme Court or any High Court or PSUs or Tribunal or any Quasi- Judicial Authority.

Eligibility:
(1) Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department; (OR)
(2) With two years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the Pay Band-4, Rs. 37400-67000 + Grade Pay of Rs. 8900 or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department; (OR)
(3) With three years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the Pay Band-4, Rs. 37400-67000 + Grade Pay of Rs. 8700 or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department
Qualification & Experience:
(1) A Degree in Law from a recognised University, and
(2) 15-years work experience in Group-A posts.
