| Civil Engineer | B.Tech (Civil). Preference will be given to officers retired as or above Executive Engineer (Civil). |
| Architects / Interior Designers | Graduate / post Graduate in Architecture with minimum 5 Years in the respective field. Architects with specialization in Interior designing will be preferred. |
