Physical Standards:
Height -> Must not be less than 157 cms.
Chest -> Must not be less than 78 cms round the chest on full Inspiration with a minimum expansion of 5 cms.
Educational Qualifications:
Master, Sarang/Navigator -> Graduate in any discipline or Equivalent.
Engine Driver -> Professional Diploma in Mechanical/Marine Engineering (OR) Graduate in any discipline or Equivalent.
Khalasi/Seaman/Mechanic -> ITI from a recognised Institute. (OR) 10 +2 (with Mathematics and Physics) from a recognised board. (OR) Vessel Navigation Trade Certificate from CIFNET under NCVT Program (OR) Marine Fitter Trade Certificate from CIFNET under NCVT Program.
