Indian Army is looking for Unmarried Indian Citizens (Male and Women or widow of defence) candidates for grant of NCC Special Entry Scheme 36th Course Commencing October-2014 Short Service Commission (SSC) (Non-Technology) (OTA, Chennai). Eligible candidates apply on or before 28th February 2014.

Stipend & Pay Scale: Stipend during the period of training is Rs.21000/-. On completion of training in the Pay Scale of Rs.15600-39100 wth Grade Pay Rs. 5400 and MSP Rs. 6000/- and other allowances.
Educational Qualifications: (i) Degree (Graduate) of a recognised University or equivalent with aggregate of minimum 50% marks taking into account marks of all years. (ii) Service in NCC : Should have served for minimum two academic years in the senior Division of NCC (iii) Grading : Should have minimum of 'B' Grade in 'C' Certificate Exam of NCC.
How To Apply: Applications on the prescribed format, Completed applications should be posted to the Units from where the NCC 'C' certificate has been issued. Applications of candidates serving in the Armed Forces duly counter-signed by "The commanding Officer should be sent to the OC, NCC West Block- IV , R.K. Puram, New Delhi - 110066." on or before 31/01/2014 (at NCC Bn/GP Head Quarters) / 28/02/2014 (at Rtg Dte from Dte Gen NCC).
