Educational Qualification & Experience:
Senior Manager (Technical) -> B.Tech./ B.E. in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil/ Electronics with minimum 60% marks. Minimum 13 years post qualification experience in power sector.
Deputy Manager (Technical) -> B.E./B.Tech. (required discipline) AND
MBA with specialization in Finance/Power (Min 60% marks in both Graduation and Post Graduation). Minimum 7 years (total) experience post primary qualification in power sector.
Assistant Manager -> Graduation with minimum 60% Marks and CA/ICWA. Minimum 4 years (total) experience post primary qualification in power sector.
Officer (Technical) -> B.E./B.Tech. (required discipline) - Primary Qualification AND MBA with specialization in Finance/Power (Min 60% marks in both Graduation.
Officer (Entry Appraisal) / Officer (Finance) -> Graduate with minimum 60% Marks & CA/ICWA (OR) B.Com / B.E (Electrical / Mechanical) & MBA (Finance) or equivalent (Min. 60% Marks in both Graduation and Post Graduation). Minimum 1 Year Experience.
Officer (Legal) –> LLB (3 Years) with Minimum 50% Marks (OR) 5 Year Integrated Law Course (Minimum 50% Marks). Minimum 2 Years PQ Experience.

Translator -> Post Graduation in Hindi with English as a subject in Graduation (OR) Post Graduation in English with Hindi as a Subject in Graduation. Degree / Diploma in Translation (English to Hindi and Vice Vera). Knowledge of MS Office Applications is Essential. Minimum 3 Years Post Qualification Experience.
