Educational Qualifications:
Management Trainees (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics) -> Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) /Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech.) from a recognized University /AICTE approved institution with specialization in required disciplines.
Management Trainee (HR) -> First class degree in any discipline with, 2 years full time regular MBA / MSW / PG Degree / Diploma from a recognized University / AICTE approved institution with specialization in HRM / IR / Personnel Management / Labour and Social Welfare / Labour Studies / Social Work.
Management Trainee (Finance) -> Graduate and Qualified Chartered Accountant/ Qualified from Institute of cost Accountant of India.
Application Fee: Demand Draft of Rs.200/- in favour of "Goa Shipyard Limited" payable at Vasco da Gama, Goa as processing fee per application. No fee is to be paid by SC/ST/PWD candidates as per Govt. of India rules. No fee is required to be paid by departmental candidates.
