Qualifications: 10th Standard. Certificate of Competency as Skipper of Fishing Vessels issued by Mercantile Marine Department, or Five years' practical expenence on board fishing vessel after obtamng Mate fishing Vessels Competency Certificate issued by Mercantile Marine Department.
